Training with Pakistan Spearfishing starts with a message to Waqar Khan. Tell him your experience and he will point you to dry practice, a sea day, or a course.
How to start
Send your experience level, the water you can train in, and what you want to improve. There is no separate login or membership on this site.

What you receive
A practice plan that matches the next session, plus the Education course if you still need the foundations. Dates are confirmed when you enquire.
Where it happens
Land practice can start from home. Water sessions are on the Karachi coast with Waqar, using the same spots listed under Destinations.
